Our early work in Ghana focused on traceability hardware and chain of custody for small-scale gold. Working close to the supply chain showed us how much the record depends on what happens at the mine.
That led to a broader approach: a digital platform for operations, SmartBox for custody, and mining intelligence to understand activity across permits and equipment.

Artisanal and small-scale gold mining (ASGM) is central to our mission. Formalization needs usable operating records, documented custody, tools for oversight and dependable routes to buyers.
We work toward partnerships that connect public authorities, miners, permit holders and refiners around better evidence and better commercial outcomes for producers.

Alongside technology services, we develop selected mineral partnerships through capital, technical support and commercial access. Royalties and offtake interests align our economics with long-term project performance.
Our flagship interest is Offoué-Centre in Gabon, a 593.97 km² gold project with a contract-stated 5% base NSR royalty.
