OFFOUÉ-CENTRE
GABON
A district-scale gold permit combining a near-term placer-development strategy with broader exploration across a 593.97 km² prospective area.
PERMIT DETAILS
ASSET OVERVIEW
Offoué-Centre is a district-scale gold permit located in central Gabon. The asset covers approximately 593.97 km² and combines a focused initial placer-development strategy with systematic exploration across a substantially larger mineralized district.
Blockdor's near-term approach is centered on an approximately 50 km² operating area associated with the Offoué river system. This initial zone is intended to provide a practical entry point for field validation, resource definition and phased production planning, while preserving exposure to the wider permit.
The permit contains extensive drainage networks, alluvial environments and prospective geological contacts that may support multiple styles of gold mineralization. The broader program is designed to evaluate tributaries, buried paleochannels, structural corridors and potential primary source areas across the district.
RECENT ACTIVITY
Environmental and regulatory work has progressed in support of the asset's transition toward development. The project's environmental impact study has been completed, with the remaining administrative documentation advancing through the relevant government process.
Technical planning has increasingly focused on the relationship between modern drainage, buried paleochannels and potential upstream gold sources. This work is being used to refine the approximately 50 km² initial operating focus and prioritize areas for field validation.
A reconnaissance program conducted with a technical mining partner examined selected areas of the permit and recovered visible gold from pan concentrates. Field observations also identified contrasting granite-tonalite and greenstone lithologies, together with structural and contact zones considered relevant to broader exploration.
These results provided early confirmation of gold within the permit but do not constitute a mineral resource or reserve estimate.
DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
START WITH THE RIVER. BUILD THE DISTRICT.
The initial program concentrates activity within a manageable operating block while the wider permit undergoes systematic target development.
Validate the initial operating area through mapping, sampling, geophysics where appropriate, and bulk-testing of prioritized placer targets.
Establish a traceable production system connecting extraction, weighing, assay, custody and sale.
Expand into the wider district as geological evidence identifies additional alluvial, paleoplacer and primary-gold targets.
TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER
Offoué-Centre is an exploration and development-stage asset. References to prospectivity, targets, mineralization or future production are conceptual unless supported by a current independent technical report. No mineral resource or mineral reserve is implied. Areas, operating plans and development sequencing remain subject to field verification, permitting, financing and final technical design.
